# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and AMBIATOR Private Limited ("AMBIATOR", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of AMBIATOR products, services, and related software applications.

## 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing, accessing, or using any AMBIATOR product or service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the product or services.

## 2. AGE RESTRICTION
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to use AMBIATOR products and services. By accepting this EULA, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and may legally agree to these terms. AMBIATOR assumes no responsibility for any misrepresentation of your age.

## 3. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, AMBIATOR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products and services for their intended purpose of providing thermal comfort, subject to the following conditions:
a) You may only use the products in accordance with their specifications and intended use
b) You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the products
c) You may not use the products for any unlawful purpose

## 4. PRODUCT USE AND CLIMATE ZONES
You acknowledge and agree that:
a) The products are to be used solely for their intended purpose of providing thermal comfort
b) Certain products are designed for specific climate zones
c) Product performance may vary in climate zones other than those designated
d) You will provide accurate end-use information including:
- Name and contact information
- Installation location (longitude and latitude) - Installation drawings for verification
- Any additional information required for KYC compliance

## 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the AMBIATOR products, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of AMBIATOR. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any AMBIATOR intellectual property without express written permission.

## 6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
a) Merchantability
b) Fitness for a particular purpose
c) Non-infringement
d) Performance in non-designated climate zones

## 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AMBIATOR's maximum liability arising from or relating to this EULA is limited to the lesser of Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand only) or the amount you paid to AMBIATOR in the last six (6) months. This limitation applies to all claims, including but not limited to:
a) Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
b) Lost profits or revenues
c) Data loss
d) Product performance issues


## 8. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to:
a) Provide accurate registration information
b) Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
c) Notify AMBIATOR immediately of any unauthorized access
d) Use the products in compliance with all applicable laws
e) Not engage in any prohibited activities as outlined in the Terms of Service

## 9. TERMINATION
AMBIATOR may terminate this EULA at any time for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination:
a) All rights granted to you under this EULA will immediately cease
b) You must stop all use of AMBIATOR products and services
c) Any outstanding fees will remain due and payable


## 10. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

## 12. MODIFICATIONS
