In 2022, Ambiator Private Limited was born with a bold vision: to make cooling technologies sustainable, accessible and affordable for all. With over 30 years of pioneering alternative cooling solutions in large-scale projects, the goal was clear — to bring this revolutionary technology to India and and the world.
The journey began when two innovators, Tiger and JD , met at a demonstration site, united by their vision for a cooler, greener future. What started as an aspirational idea materialized into the development of a 5TR sustainable cooling system, designed to offer comfort without compromising the planet. However, the road wasn’t easy. The initial prototypes were bulky, required vast installation space, and faced numerous challenges. But after 2.5 years of relentless research and development, Ambiator emerged with a product ready for mass manufacturing, embodying innovation, resilience, and a commitment to sustainable living.
Both Tiger and JD prefer to be known simply as Founders, willing to take on any task, big or small, to ensure things get done.
Tiger Aster is a second-generation entrepreneur with over 30 years of diverse experience across various industries. At the core of his journey is his role as a dedicated climate warrior. With a deep passion for the cooling sector, Tiger has been challenging conventional norms and pushing for innovation from a young age, driven by his commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Jeeten Desai (JD) brings over 20 years of expertise across Real Estate, Management Consulting, and Telecom industries. In 2022, he joined forces with DD and Tiger, contributing his skills to drive commercialisation and forge strategic partnerships. JD’s broad industry experience and business acumen are key to advancing Ambiator’s mission of sustainable cooling solutions.
